A: If you are new to Jiu-Jitsu, we strongly encourage you to attend our beginners classes held every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm-7:30pm and/or Saturday at 9am-10am. The beginner classes are for students who have never trained Jiu-Jitsu and the curriculum is focused around safety and teaching the starting foundation of the art. If you cannot attend any of these days/times you can also attend the fundamental classes in the morning at 6:15am-7:30am, but for first time practitioners to get the best experience we strongly encourage the beginner classes.

A: We understand everyone has different and/or busy schedules. It’s no problem, please just let our front desk know and/or your instructor if possible. If you’re coming late to class, we ask you wait on the side of the mat before entering and the professor/coach will call you on. This will help your instructor know you’re there and guide you with what you may have missed. If you’re leaving class early, let your professor/coach know before stepping off the mat. This will help keep your instructor in the loop and aware while conducting the training session.
